My personal real estate story started in 2003 with a small two-bedroom condo that needed updating. Four years later, with a new kitchen, bathroom, and refinished hardwood floors that were hidden under green shag carpet, I was able to sell that condo to afford my next home. Not every home needs shiplap or multiple trips through the lines of IKEA, but I remember that feeling of seeing my vision for the condo become reality.
